Unemployment- A Curse of Not Having A Job

Of course, the solution to unemployment is to build new jobs. The number of jobs that must be generated is determined by the unemployment rate as well as the number of people joining the labour force. As unemployment rises above 6% to 7% and remains there, it indicates that the economy is unable to generate enough new jobs. This is where the government intervenes. and at the same time non profit orgs can help to redirect people towards many job sectors as well.

What’s key is that we do know what needs to be done. Unlike on many other difficult social issues, this is a well evidenced area and we are rightly impatient to get on with it. Tackling the coming surge in unemployment is—and should be—a key issue for the charity sector,   both for those who specialise in helping people into work and to retain jobs, and for those who may be able to provide jobs. Further urgent action is required from government and we hope that charities will be able to step up and play their part by providing the community financial support. By doing various programs and by collecting money, non profit charities can make huge opportunities for those people who are suffering for not having jobs. By guiding them towards career paths, we will make sure that they are doing better everyday.
